When booking, provide the arriving flight number, the onward flight number, both airports and terminals, the travel date and the number of passengers and suitcases. We use these details to organise the agreed meeting point and the correct drop-off terminal.
Before the collection, we check the scheduled and actual arrival time of the first flight. The chauffeur can meet you inside the terminal in the agreed arrivals area with a name board, assist with luggage and accompany you to the vehicle.
Your connection should allow sufficient time for passport control, baggage collection, the road journey, airline check-in and security at the departure airport. Share the full itinerary with us before booking so that the route and timing can be reviewed in advance.
